Physician Information

Brian P. Hearon, M.D., FACC, FACCP, FSCAI A co-founder of Hickory Cardiology Associates, Dr. Hearon received his under-graduate degree at Millsaps College in Mississippi. He then went on to receive his medical degree at the University of Mississippi Medical School. Dr. Hearon completed his internal medicine internship and residency at the Medical College of Ohio. After concluding his cardiology fellowship at Bowman Gray School of Medicine, Dr. Hearon opened Hickory Cardiology Associates with his partner, Dr. Brian Steg. Special interests include: cardiac ultrasound, diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization, and pacemaker implementation.
